The reliability and validity testing of human acclimatization assessment scale in the active soldiers after rush entry into alpine areas
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the human acclimatization assessment scale in active soldiers after rush entry into alpine areas. Methods It was selected a total of 553 active soldiers after rush entry into alpine areas as the research objects from October to December 2023.Based on the method of literature extraction,it has been developed human acclimatization as-sessment scale in the active soldiers after rush entry into alpine areas, which included 19 items and 3 dimensions:natural environment acclimatization, social environment acclimatization, and acclimatization for physiological changes and resistance to diseases. The reli-ability and validity were tested by reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results Cron-bach's Alpha coefficients of adaptation to natural environment, social environment and physiologic change were 0.814,0.956 and 0.886,respectively.The KMO of the exploratory factor molecule was 0.953,and Bartlett's sphericity test was significant. The total ex-planatory power of the three factors reached 70.183%,the factor load was all greater than 0.5,and the cross load was all less than 0.4.In the confirmatory factor analysis,CMIN/DF=1.324,RMR=0.031,GFI=0.966,AGFI=0.956,NFI=0.976,TLI=0.993,IFI=0.994,CFI=0.974,RMSEA=0.024.The CR dimensions of adaptation to natural environment, social environment and physiological change were 0.817,0.957 and 0.888,and AVE were 0.598,0.668 and 0.614,re-spectively.All factors had good convergence validity. Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a mea-suring tool to assess the acclimatization of active soldiers after rush en-try into alpine areas.
