Effect of remimazolam advanced sedation on the quality of early recovery for the wounded after knee ar-throscopic surgery under general anesthesia
Objective To investigate the effect of remimazolam advanced sedation on the quality of early recovery for the wounded after knee arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia. Methods From February to September 2022,it was selected the wounded who would be prepared to undergo knee arthroscopic surgery in 942 Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force.Finally,51 cases were included, and were divided into isotonic saline group(intravenous injection of isotonic saline before surgery),dexmedetomidine group(intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine before surgery)and remimazolam group(intravenous injection of remimazolam ben-zoate injection before surgery)according to different preoperative administration, with 17 cases in each group. The mean arterial pres-sure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SpO2)and sedation(Ramsay)scores were observed and recorded immediately after anesthesia recovery(T1),30 min(T2)and 6 h(T3).Results At T1,there was no significant difference in MAP,HR,SpO2 and Ramsay among the isosmal saline group, dexmedetomidine group and remimazolam group(P>0.05).At T2,MAP and HR of dexme-detomidine group and remimazolam group were lower than those of isoosmotic saline group(P<0.05),SpO2 of dexmedetomidine group was lower than that of remimazolam group and isoosmotic saline group(P<0.05),and Ramsay score of dexmedetomidine group was higher than that of remimazolam group and isoosmotic saline group(P<0.05).At T3,there was no statistically significant difference in MAP and HR among the three groups(P>0.05),dexmedetomidine group SpO2 was lower than remimazolam group and isoosmotic saline group(P<0.05),and Ramsay score among the three groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Remima-zolam advanced sedation is better than dexmedetomidine for early recovery after knee arthroscopy under general anesthesia, and the de-gree of respiratory inhibition is less, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
