Construction of training content system of hypothermia management for naval combat wounds
Objective To construct a standardized training content system for hypothermia management in naval combat wounds,providing a framework for the training of medical staff in the treatment of naval combat wounds.Methods Through system-atic searches of domestic and international databases,evidence was extracted and integrated from guidelines,expert consensus,and sys-tematic reviews.An initial draft of the hypothermia management training content system for naval combat wounds was formulated after discussion by the research group,and expert consultation was conducted using the Delphi method.The expert opinions were integrated and the draft was revised after group discussion.Results A total of 17 experts completed three rounds of consultation,ultimately forming a training content plan for hypothermia management in naval combat wounds with 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indica-tors,and 23 third-level indicators.Conclusion The study is highly recognized by the experts and well coordinated,and the formed training content system for hypothermia management in naval combat wounds meets the requirements of medical support,providing a reference for future naval combat wounds rescue training.
