摘要
外泌体是一类由各种细胞分泌的小囊泡,可通过细胞外液体传递并影响受体细胞的生理和病理过程.巨噬细胞是免疫系统的重要组成部分,其在肿瘤微环境中也具有重要的作用.在胰腺癌的生长、转移和免疫逃逸发生中,外泌体与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞都是其中不可或缺的环节.文章将从胰腺癌细胞与巨噬细胞通过其分泌的外泌体相互作用的角度出发,就外泌体在胰腺癌发生过程中的作用及其机制,包括肿瘤来源的外泌体对巨噬细胞的调节作用、肿瘤巨噬细胞分泌的外泌体对胰腺癌细胞的调节作用等进行综述.
Abstract
Exosomes are small vesicles secreted by various cells,capable of transmitting through extracellular fluids to influ-ence the physiological and pathological processes of recipient cells.Macrophages,integral to the immune system,also play a vital role in the tumor microenvironment.In the tumor growth,metastasis,and immune evasion of pancreatic cancer,both exosomes and tumor-as-sociated macrophages are the indispensable components.The paper focuses on the interaction of exosomes secreted by pancreatic can-cer cells and macrophages.It provides a comprehensive review of the role and mechanisms of exosomes in the development of pancreat-ic cancer,including the regulatory effects of tumor-derived exosomes on macrophages and the influence of macrophage-derived exo-somes on pancreatic cancer cells.
