ZIC5在肿瘤中作用机制的研究进展

小脑锌指蛋白5(ZIC5)主要存在于细胞核中发挥作用,作为一种转录因子或辅助因子介导基因的转录调控,在人体的神经系统发育中起到至关重要的作用.有研究表明,ZIC5在许多肿瘤中的表达出现异常增高,且介导肿瘤的发展进程,这其中包括肿瘤的增殖与侵袭等.因此,掌握ZIC5在肿瘤中所扮演的角色,了解其内在机制,对开发针对肿瘤的新型药物有着指导性的作用.文章主要就ZIC5在肿瘤中发挥的具体作用进行综述.
Advances of ZIC5 in tumorigenesis
ZIC5 mainly exists in the nucleus and plays a crucial role in the development of the human nervous system as a tran-scription factor or cofactor involved in gene transcription regulatios.Studies have shown that the expression of ZIC5 is abnormally ele-vated in many tumors,and it mediates the development process of tumors,including tumor proliferation and invasion.Understanding the role of ZIC5 in tumors and its internal mechanism will have a guiding effect on the development of novel drugs targeting tumors.The paper reviews the specific role of ZIC5 in tumor,aiming at providing new methods for tumor treatment.
