The clinical application of floating-acupuncture combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of wrist tri-angular fibrocartilage complex injury
Objective To explore the clinical effect of floating-acupuncture combined with Kinesio Taping in the prevention and treatment of wrist training injuries for China's armed police force soldiers and officials,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of military training injuries.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,it was retrospectively analyzed 72 pa-tients with wrist triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC)injury in China's armed police force soldiers and officials,which were di-vided into floating-acupuncture group and conventional treatment group according to different treatment methods.In the floating-acu-puncture group,36 patients were treated with floating-acupuncture combined with kinesio taping.In the conventional treatment group,36 patients were treated with external wrist fixation,non-steroidal drugs and rehabilitation training after removal of fixation.The numer-ical rating scale(NRS)pain scores and Cooney scores of wrist joint function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results All 72 patients were followed up.There was no statistical significance in NRS pain scores and Cooney scores of wrist joint function between the floating-acupuncture group and the conven-tional treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).Both NRS scores and Cooney scores were improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,NRS scores and Cooney scores in floating-acupunc-ture group were better than those in conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating-acupuncture combined with kinesio taping shows significant effects on TFCC injuries caused by military training in the Chinese Armed Police Force soldiers and officials,and it is worth promoting and applying in basic health departments.
