摘要
战创伤救治中心建设是军队医院围绕"平时应急保障、战时高效救治"要求,立足本职岗位练兵备战的有效举措.文章探索总结了某中心医院战创伤救治中心建设管理的做法和运行以来的成效.结果表明,战创伤救治中心不仅能明显提升平时严重创伤救治效率和质量,而且强化了团队的紧密协作,立足创伤练战伤,能显著提升战创伤救治整体能力水平.
Abstract
The construction of war trauma treatment center in military hospitals focuses on the requirement of"emergency sup-port in peacetime and efficient treatment in wartime",which is an effective measure to train medical personnel based on their own posi-tions and actively prepare for war.This paper explores and summarizes the construction and management of the war trauma treatment center in a military central hospital and the results since its operation.The results show that the center not only significantly improved the efficiency and quality of severe trauma treatment in peacetime,but also improved the overall ability of combat trauma treatment by strengthening the close cooperation of the team and by practicing battle wounds based on trauma.
