肠道菌群在慢性疼痛中的作用机制研究进展

肠道被称为人的第二大脑,肠道菌群通过肠-脑轴对大脑产生影响,参与多种疾病的调节,包括阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病、慢性疼痛和抑郁症等.既往研究表明肠道菌群能够调节疼痛发展,但其在慢性疼痛患者中的作用机制仍不明确.文章主要就肠道菌群调节慢性疼痛的机制,从不同疼痛模型探讨肠道菌群失调引起的大脑改变以及通过靶向干预肠道菌群进行治疗慢性疼痛的可能性等方面进行综述.
Research progress on the mechanism of intestinal flora in chronic pain
The intestinal tract is known as the second brain of the human being,and intestinal flora has an impact on the brain through the gut-brain axis,and is involved in the regulation of many diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,chronic pain and depression.Previous studies have shown that intestinal flora can regulate pain development,but its mechanism of ac-tion in patients with chronic pain remains unclear.This article mainly reviewed the mechanism of intestinal flora regulation of chronic pain,discussed the brain changes caused by intestinal flora imbalance from different pain models,and the possibility of treating chron-ic pain through targeted intervention of intestinal flora.
