人工细胞在疾病治疗应用中的研究进展

摘要
人工细胞作为研究人员在模仿自然细胞的基础上构建的仿生系统,过去几十年来在构建方面取得了巨大进步.向不同材料构成的人工细胞赋予跨膜运输、环境响应等各种功能,为其在医学领域的应用奠定了基础.文章主要对人工细胞在疾病治疗应用中的研究,包括作为载药系统、代替天然细胞功能、封装天然细胞、用于酶和基因治疗以及免疫疗法等进行综述.
Abstract
Artificial cells,as a bionic system built by researchers on the basis of imitating natural cells,have made great prog-ress in construction over the past few decades.The artificial cells composed of different materials are endowed with various functions such as transmembrane transport and environmental response,which lays a foundation for their application in the medical field.This ar-ticle mainly reviews the application of artificial cells in the treatment of diseases,including as a drug delivery system,replacing the function of natural cells,encapsulating natural cells,used in enzyme and gene therapy and immunotherapy.
