摘要

脊髓损伤(SCI)病理过程复杂,其中初级阶段线粒体功能失调会导致神经元死亡和轴突再生障碍,加重继发性神经功能障碍,而深入了解SCI后线粒体功能障碍表现形式对功能再生至关重要.线粒体质量控制系统(MQC)是线粒体稳态及功能的主要调节系统,可通过多途径调控线粒体功能平衡进而实现对组织细胞的保护作用,研究发现SCI后的线粒体氧化应激和自噬水平异常、线粒体生物发生及转移减少、钙稳态失调等均提示MQC失调,可见MQC失调对SCI病理发展至关重要.文章主要就MQC在SCI后的主要表现形式、相关调控机制以及靶向MQC修复SCI的相关策略进行综述.

Abstract

The pathological process of spinal cord injury(SCI)is complex.In primary stage,mitochondrial disorder results in neuronal death and axonal regeneration impairment,aggravating secondary neurological dysfunction.A deep understanding of the man-ifestations of post-SCI-mitochondrial-dysfunction is crucial for functional regeneration.The mitochondrial quality control system(MQC)is the main regulatory system for mitochondrial homeostasis and function,which can achieve the protective effect on tissue cells by regulating mitochondrial functional balance through multiple pathways.Studies have found that abnormal mitochondrial oxida-tive stress and autophagy levels,reduced mitochondrial biogenesis and transfer,and calcium homeostasis disorders after SCI all indi-cate MQC disorders,underscoring its pivotal role in the pathological progression of SCI.This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the primary manifestations of MQC after SCI,its associated regulatory mechanisms,and related strategies for targeting MQC to repair SCI.
