糖蛋白非转移性黑色素瘤蛋白B——三阴性乳腺癌诊治的新机遇

摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌中一种预后较差的分子亚型,治疗手段有限.但因其高表达糖蛋白非转移性黑色素瘤蛋白B(GPNMB),为靶向该蛋白的分子诊断及抗体偶联药物治疗提供了生物学基础.文章就GPNMB的生物学特征及靶向该蛋白的诊断及治疗相关研究进行综述.
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a molecular subtype of breast cancer with poor prognosis and limited treat-ment options.However,its high expression of glycoprotein non metastatic melanoma protein B(GPNMB)provides a biological basis for molecular diagnosis and antibody-drug conjugate therapy targeting this protein.This article reviews the biological characteristics of GPNMB and the related studies on diagnosis and treatment targeting this protein.
