战创伤危重伤员院前体外心肺复苏的应用

摘要
体外心肺复苏(ECPR)近年来应用逐年增多,目前主要在医院内应用于心源性心脏骤停患者.战创伤危重伤员在院前进行ECPR救治非常必要.文章从提高平时院前ECPR救治成功率、战创伤危重伤员的特点、院前ECPR的适应证、启动时机等方面进行阐述,探讨院前ECPR在战创伤危重伤员救治中的应用及注意事项.
Abstract
In recent years,the application of external cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)has increased year by year,and it should be mainly used in hospitals for patients with cardiogenic CA.Pre-hospital ECPR treatment is necessary for the wounded criti-cally in war trauma.This paper discusses the application and attention of pre-hospital ECPR in the treatment of the wounded critically in war trauma from the aspects of improving the success rate of pre-hospital ECPR treatment,the characteristics of the wounded critical-ly in war trauma,the indications of pre-hospital ECPR,and the starting time.
