氧化石墨烯复合材料的抗菌作用机制及安全性研究进展

近年来抗菌药物滥用导致的耐药在全球得到广泛关注.现有的抗菌药物对耐药病原菌抑制力、杀伤力有限,严重威胁创伤救治等重症患者的生命安全,给国家带来了沉重的社会负担和经济损失.氧化石墨烯(GO)属于石墨烯衍生物,具抗菌能力,与其他材料复合抗菌能力增强.文章就近年来GO复合敷料的制备、抗菌机制及应用进行综述,以期能为设计和研发新型GO复合创伤敷料提供重要参考.
Research progress on antibacterial mechanism and safety of graphene oxide composites
In recent years,drug resistance caused by antimicrobial abuse has received extensive attention worldwide.The ex-isting antibacterial drugs have limited inhibition and lethality to drug-resistant pathogens,which seriously threatened the life safety of severe patients such as trauma treatment,and bringing heavy social burden and economic losses to the country.Graphene oxide(GO) belongs to graphene derivatives,has antibacterial ability,and has enhanced antibacterial ability when combined with other materials.This article reviews the preparation,antibacterial mechanism and application of GO composite dressing in recent years,in order to pro-vide important reference for the design and development of new GO composite wound dressing.
