基于仿生细胞膜的纳米颗粒递送系统在生物医学领域快速发展.血小板凭借其生理特性参与炎症调节、免疫防御、止血及血栓形成、肿瘤的生长及转移等过程.血小板膜包裹的纳米颗粒借助血小板的独特功能已经被广泛应用于各系统疾病.文章主要就血小板膜仿生纳米递药系统在心血管疾病靶向治疗中的研究进展进行综述.
Advances in platelet membrane bionic nanoparticle delivery system for targeted therapy of cardiovascular diseases
Nanoparticle delivery systems based on bionic functional membranes are rapidly developing in the biomedical field.Platelets,due to their physiological properties,are involved in inflammation regulation,immune defense,hemostasis and thrombosis,tu-mor growth and metastasis.Platelet membrane-coated nanoparticles have been widely used in various systemic diseases with the unique function of platelets.This paper mainly reviews the progress of platelet membrane bionic nanoparticle delivery system in the targeted therapy of cardiovascular diseases.
