摘要

目的:了解传统脑卒中随访模式并研究基于云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型,为构建科学合理的随访体系提供理论指导和实践依据。方法:采用文献研究法了解脑卒中随访模式,通过文献研究和专家咨询确定基于云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型框架。结果:传统随访模式存在一些问题;基于云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型通过移动终端采集脑卒中患者随访信息,通过云平台实时分析,实现了双向干预机制和卒中复发风险评估预警等功能。结论:基于云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型解决了传统随访模式存在的问题,能提高脑卒中患者的随访依从性,降低复发风险,提高脑卒中二级预防效果。

Abstract

Objectives:To learn traditional stroke follow-up mode and research stroke smart follow-up model based on cloud platform, Provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for building a scientific and reasonable follow-up system. Methods: Use literature research to understand stroke follow-up mode, Determined stroke smart follow-up model framework based on cloud platform through literature research and expert advice. Results:Traditional follow-up mode has some problems;Stroke smart follow-up model based on cloud platform, collect stroke follow-up information by the mobile terminal. Through cloud platform real-time analysis, To achieve a two-way intervention mechanism and recurrent stroke risk assessment and early warning capabilities. Conclusion: Stroke smart follow-up model based on cloud platform solved the problems of the traditional mode of follow-up, follow-up of patients with stroke improved patient follow-up compliance and reduced the risk of recurrence and improved the effect of secondary prevention of stroke.
