Nowadays,the phenomenon of aging is being more and more serious.The problems of health care and pension of the elderly become the focus of whole society.Basing on illustrating the connotation of the combination of medical and nursing,we explore the compositions and duties of Intemet+ combination of medical and nursing.The compositions include supplier-government,level 2 or higher medical institution,primary medical institution,pension institution and social organization,demander-the elderly and their families,platform construction-intelligent medical system,intelligent elderly care,spiritual and cultural activities construction.Meanwhile,we put forward the advantages of Internet+ combination of medical and nursing,for example,optimizing allocation of pension resources,easing tension of medical resources,improving phenomenon of asymmetric information,achieving effective online and offline convergence,and broadening development space of supplier level,improving efficiency of medical treatment,reducing medical expenses,ensuring continuity of care,improving quality of life and promoting mental health of demander level.It is also important to strengthen the management of information and promote multilateral cooperation so as to ensure the better development of pension in China.
