基于知识图谱的我国暴力伤医事件成因分析

摘要
目的:分析我国多起暴力伤医事件的成因,为降低暴力伤医事件发生风险提供参考.方法:借助Protégé、Drupal和Relfinder等工具构建本体与知识图谱,以17 件具有代表性、产生了重大舆论影响的暴力伤医事件作为研究对象,围绕具体事件进行分析.结果:基于对暴力伤医事件新闻语料的处理与分析,得到主题词共72 个,划归为事件元素、位置元素、主体元素、原因元素、过程元素、结果元素共6 个一级类,其下位 12 个二级类,对应匹配2556 组概念间关系.结论:多起暴力伤医事件在事发位置和事发原因等方面产生了联系,其中,门诊部是暴力伤医事件最高发的重点场所,诊疗效果不佳则是暴力伤医事件发生的主要原因,而刀具砍伤则是施暴者使用相对最为广泛、造成后果最为严重的暴力伤医手段.
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the causes of multiple violent medical injuries,providing references resolving the risk of vi-olent medical injuries.Methods:With 17 representative violent medical injuries that had a significant impact on public opinion as the research object,ontology and knowledge graph were constructed by means of Protégé,Drupal and Relfinder,and knowledge discovery was carried out around specific events.Results:Based on the processing and analysis of the news corpus of violent medi-cal injuries,a total of 72 theme words were obtained,which were classified into 6 primary categories including event elements,po-sition elements,subject elements,cause elements,process elements,and result elements,as well as 12 secondary categories below them,corresponding to 2556 sets of conceptual relationships.Conclusion:Multiple violent medical injuries are linked in terms of location and cause of the incident.Among the violent medical injuries,outpatient departments and other key locations have the highest incidence of violent medical injuries,while problems with diagnosis and treatment effectiveness are the main causes of vio-lent medical injuries.Knife injuries are the most widely used and serious medical methods used by the perpetrators.
