Objective:To explore the influencing factors of intention to use Jilin province e-health cards for residents,so as to provide reference for better popularization and promotion of e-health cards.Methods:Based on the UTAUT model,a questionnaire was designed to investigate factors including perceived risk,self-efficacy,and technical anxiety and the survey was conducted a-mong residents in Jilin province.Rank sum test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to verify the influence of each fac-tor on intention to use Jilin province e-health cards for residents.Results:Performance expectancy,effort expectancy,facilitating conditions,social influence,perceived risk,technology anxiety and self-efficacy had significant effects on the intention to use e-health cards(P<0.05).Perceived risk and technology anxiety were two negative factors affecting residents'use of e-health cards(P<0.05).Conclusion:Performance expectancy,effort expectancy,facilitating conditions,social influence,perceived risk,tech-nology anxiety and self-efficacy are the factors that affect residents'willingness to use e-health cards.In the future,the populariza-tion of e-health cards is suggested to find the key entry point.It is recommended to constantly deepen the upgrading of the e-health card application program,enrich the facilitating conditions and benefit of e-health card,and strengthen the publicity,training and platform information protection.
