Objective:To analyse the situation and equity of health resource allocation in Fujian Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,in order to provide evidence for further optimization of resource allocation. Methods:By collecting health resources data from 2016 to 2020,descriptive statistics were used to analyse the current situation and development trend of re-sources allocation in Fujian Province. The index of dissimilarity was used to evaluate the fairness of geographical and demographic distribution of resources allocation. The results of the index of dissimilarity were verified using health resource agglomeration degree, and regional differences were further analysed. Results:Based on the demographic dimension, index of dissimilarity of health re-source allocation in fujian province was 0.05-0.20,and the geographical index of dissimilarity was 0.20-0.41,which was still in an upward trend, meaning that the regional disparity was increasing;the geographical health resource agglomeration degree was as fol-lows:southern Fujian>eastern Fujian>western Fujian>northern Fujian;health resources were concentrated in economically de-veloped coastal cities;the ratio of health resource agglomeration degree tended to 1,meaning the health resources allocation was improving in terms of population equity. Conclusion:The amount of health resources in Fujian Province showed an upward trend, but the amount of health resources per 1000 population did not reach the national average. The demographic equity in the allocation of health resources was superior better than geographical equity, and geographical equity in physical resources for health wan better than human resources for health.
