Objective:To analyse the degree of coupling coordination,the relative developmental status,and spatio-temporal evolution characteristics between health resources allocation and economic development in Guangxi.Methods:The study employed the coupling coordination degree model,the relative development degree model,and spatial autocorrelation analysis to explore the relationship between health resources allocation and economic development in Guangxi.Results:From 2016 to 2021,the coupling coordination degree of health resources allocation and economic development in Guangxi's 14 cities was generally in the running-in stage,with significant inter-city differences.The cities primarily exhibited an advanced model(where health resources allocation was ahead of economic development),and there was a decreasing spatial positive correlation in the coupling coordination degree o-ver the years.Conclusion:The current coordinated development of health resources allocation and economy in Guangxi has not reached its optimal state.It is recommended that cities consider various factors such as historical foundation,geographical location,and policy planning,as well as spatial correlation,to tailor development strategies to local conditions,aiming to achieve higher-level symbiotic development of health resources allocation and economic development as soon as possible.
