摘要
目的:分析慢性病共病患者的卫生服务研究热点和变化趋势,为我国慢性病共病研究和防治策略提供参考.方法:筛选Web of Science数据库中2013-2022年发表的与慢性病共病患者的卫生服务研究相关的英文文献,应用CiteSpace软件进行词频分析、聚类分析.结果:经筛选后共得到1872篇文献.慢性病共病患者卫生服务研究的年度发文量总体上呈现上升的趋势.词频前3位的关键词为患病率(频次560)、卫生服务(频次513)、慢性疾病(频次293);对关键词进行聚类分析,共得到15个聚类,包括卫生服务利用、精神卫生、全科医学、健康相关生命质量、健康的社会决定因素等;关键词突现词包括共病、全科医学、服务、社会支持、卫生政策等.结论:慢性病共病患者的卫生服务研究发文量总体呈增长趋势,其中老龄化出现较早、程度较高的国家发文量较大.当前慢性病共病患者的卫生服务利用率较高,应加强对慢性病共病患者的管理.全科医生提供的疾病诊疗等基层服务有助于改善慢性病共病患者的生命质量,应进一步推进家庭医生签约服务以应对慢性病共病为卫生系统带来的压力.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze research hotspots and development trend of health services for patients with multiple chronic conditions,and to provide reference for related research and control strategies in China.Methods:This article retrieved English lit-erature about health services for patients with multiple chronic conditions from the Web of Science in 2013-2022,and analyzed the records with CiteSpace by general analysis and word frequency.Results:A total of 1872 articles per year were obtained,and the number of articles showed a steady upward trend.The three keywords with the highest frequency of word frequency were prevalence(frequency 560),health care(frequency 513)and chronic disease(frequency 293).Keywords could be divided into fifteen clus-ters,including health care utilization,mental health,general practice,health-related quality of life,social determinants of health and so on.The keywords popped up,such as comorbidity,general practice,service,social support,health policy and so on.Conclusion:The number of articles about health services for patients with multiple chronic conditions shows a steady upward trend.And the number of articles is higher in countries with earlier and deeper aging.Multimorbidity is associated with higher rate of health care utilization,and it is suggested to strengthen management of multimorbidity.Grassroots services such as disease diagnosis and treatment provided by general practitioners help improve the quality of life of patients with multimorbidity.We should deepen the family doctor services to cope with the pressures on the health system caused by multimorbidity.
