Objective:To investigate and prioritize the demand attributes of smart health elderly care services for the elderly in Urumqi,and to provide reference for related research on smart health elderly care services.Methods:682 elderly people in Uru-mqi were selected by stratified random sampling method as the survey objects,and the elderly's demand and attributes for smart health elderly care services were identified based on Kano model.Results:Among the 45 smart health elderly care service projects,domestic service,convenient maintenance,emergency assistance,electronic health records,and preventive health education are essential demands.Accompanying medical treatment,remote doctor consultation,and hierarchical management of chronic diseases are attractive demands.Elderly activity center,hearing aid,intelligent blood pressure meter and so on are expected demands.In the importance matrix,the 13 requirements are distributed in the first quadrant,which is the dominant area.The 7 demands are distrib-uted in the second quadrant,which are the areas to be improved.The 16 requirements are distributed in the third quadrant,which are the secondary improvement areas.The 8 demands are distributed in the fourth quadrant,which is the maintenance area.Conclusion:Among the elderly's smart health elderly care service demands,life care and health management services are their pri-ority,health monitoring and safety monitoring services are the top priority,and the elderly care demand is a dynamic process,which should meet the matching degree of service and demand,implement accurate supply,highlight key areas,enhance the elder-ly's experience of smart health elderly care services,and promote the universality of smart health elderly care services.
