摘要
目的:探索建立三级综合医院临床学科的评价指标体系,为进一步开展临床学科评估提供参考.方法:通过文献分析、德尔菲法构建三级综合医院临床学科的评价指标体系,使用熵权法确定指标权重.结果:两轮函询问卷回收率均达100％,专家权威系数为0.835,构建的指标体系包括临床学科的资源投入、服务总量、运行效率、人才队伍、市场占有额、疑难程度、学科声誉、教学能力、科研能力等9个维度,共40项二级指标,权重分布在0.0032-0.0914.结论:构建的三级综合医院临床学科评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和可靠性,能够全面、客观地反映三级综合医院临床学科的综合能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and establish an evaluation index system for clinical disciplines in tertiary general hospitals in China,providing reference for further comprehensive clinical discipline evaluation.Methods:The evaluation index system for clinical disciplines in tertiary general hospitals was constructed through literature research and Delphi method,and the weights of the indexes were determined using the entropy weight method.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate in two rounds of correspon-dence was 100％,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.835.The study established a system comprising 9 dimensional indicators and 40 secondary indicators,including resource input,total service amount,operational efficiency,talent team,market share,dif-ficulty degree,discipline reputation,teaching capability,and scientific research ability,with weights ranging from 0.0032 to 0.0914.Conclusion:The constructed evaluation index system for clinical disciplines in tertiary general hospitals is scientific and reliable,capable of comprehensively and objectively reflecting the comprehensive ability of clinical disciplines.
