Homogeneous management is the core point of the multicampus development in public hospitals.Through literature research,we aimed to explore the connotation of multicampus homogeneous management in tertiary public hospitals,construct an analytical framework for multicampus homogeneous management that included policy environment,core elements and results,ex-plore approaches to multicampus homogenization management.It is suggested that the homogenization of multicampus can be promo-ted by playing a leading role in policy,improving the management and operation of hospitals,developing the quality of human re-sources,optimizing the allocation of resources and establishing a sound management evaluation system,and the quality of medical care and services can be improved with the same quality.
