Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for nursing service quality for the disabled elderly in internet hospitals in Wuhan,so as to provide references for improving the nursing services quality of Internet hospitals in Wuhan City.Methods:A combination of literature research,qualitative interviews,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis were used to con-struct a service quality evaluation index system.Results:In two rounds of expert consultation,the effective recall rates of the ques-tionnaires were 100％;the experts'authoritative coefficients were 0.88,and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.144 and 0.157 respectively(P＜0.001).A quality evaluation index system was constructed with 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level in-dicators,and 36 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators included structure quality(0.331),process quality(0.335)and outcome quality(0.335).Conclusion:The quality evaluation index system constructed in this study has good scientificity and reli-ability,providing an objective basis for promoting the standardization and quality improvement of nursing services for the disabled elderly in Wuhan Internet hospitals.
