摘要

社会医学课程蕴含了丰富的思政教育内涵,其课程思政建设具有重要作用和意义.社会医学课程思政建设的价值内涵在于深化国家课程思政建设实践、推进医文结合的新医科建设和强化大健康与大卫生理念.课程思政建设应始终聚焦于社会医学课程思政教学目标,通过与健康事业重大战略相结合,提高政治认同和国家意识;与医者精神相结合,注重医德医风和科学精神教育;与人生观与价值观相结合,提高医学人文素养.在课程内容教学设计中,应从彰显社会主义优势、树立以人民健康为中心服务理念、强化医防融合意识、树立科学态度和诚信素养4个方面深挖社会医学课程的思政元素.在此基础上,以创新课程思政教学方式、完善课程思政考核方法、提高课程教学教师思政能力、健全课程思政的评价与监督四方面提出课程思政的完善策略,持续推进社会医学课程思政改革,实现立德树人的社会医学课程思政建设目标.

Abstract

The social medicine curriculum contains rich ideological and political education content,and its ideological and political construction plays an important role and significance.The value of ideological and political construction in the social medi-cine curriculum lies in deepening the practice of national curriculum ideological and political construction,promoting the new medi-cal education combining medicine and humanities,and strengthening the concept of great health and hygiene.The construction of i-deological and political curriculum should always focus on the teaching objectives of social medicine curriculum,improve political i-dentity and national consciousness through the combination with major health strategies,pay attention to medical ethics and scientif-ic spirit education through the combination with the spirit of medical practitioners,and improve the humanistic literacy of medical students through the combination with life and value views.In the course content,the ideological and political elements of social medicine curriculum should be deeply excavated from four aspects:highlighting the advantages of socialist system,establishing the concept of serving the people's health as the center,strengthening the awareness of medical prevention integration,and establishing scientific attitude and integrity.Based on this,specific teaching practices should be carried out in terms of innovative curriculum i-deological and political teaching methods,optimized curriculum ideological and political assessment methods,and strengthened e-valuation and supervision of curriculum ideological and political construction,to continuously promote the reform of social medicine curriculum ideological and political construction and achieve the goal of cultivating students'moral character and political conscious-ness.
