Standard Management Strategies and Effectiveness Evaluation of Undergraduate Health Administration Program Based on AUPHA International Certification in a University in Wuhan
The background of education internationalization provides a new path of international certification for the standard management and teaching quality improvement of higher education.This article,based on a case of AUPHA international certifica-tion,analyzes the impact of AUPHA certification implementation on the management practices of an undergraduate health manage-ment program at a university in Wuhan in three aspects:talent development objectives,teaching resource allocation,and curriculum development system.Drawing upon higher education theory and professional development,and considering an international perspec-tive,it evaluates the enhancement of the quality of talent development,the optimization of teaching resource allocation,and the actual improvement of comprehensive talent capabilities brought about by AUPHA international certification for this university's undergradu-ate health management program.This study will provide some suggestions for the construction of professional objective system,educa-tional resources integration and curriculum system construction of health management undergraduates in other domestic universities.
