Objective:To explore the patient satisfaction and its influencing factors of the Guangxi's new medical service price program(hereinafter referred to as the"new program"),and to provide effective suggestions for the management of new program from the perspective of demand.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1006 patients who were treated by the new program,and the chi-square test and two-classified logistic regression analysis were used to explore the patient satisfaction of the new program and its influencing factors.Results:The overall satisfaction rate of patients with the new program reached 87.08%.A-mong them,the patients'satisfaction rate with the doctor's service attitude was relatively the highest,reaching 95.53%.The satis-faction rate with the price of the newly added items was relatively the lowest,only 81.21%.The age of patients,their knowledge of the new programs,their evaluation of the cost,and the level of detail in the explanation of the new programs by the medical staff would affect the satisfaction rate of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall satisfaction rate of patients with the new pro-grams is high,but there is still room for further improvement.Among them,patients under the age of 60,who do not understand the new program,who think the new program is expensive,and who think that medical personnel do not explain the new program in de-tail are the key groups to pay attention to.It is necessary to actively explore the inclusion of the new items in the medical insurance catalog management mechanism,reduce the burden of patients'medical costs,popularize the knowledge of the new items through multiple channels,and strengthen the humanistic care for patients,so as to improve patient satisfaction.
