摘要
目的:基于Web of Science数据库,了解医学生心理状况领域的研究热点和发展脉络,全面展示医学生心理状况的发展脉络和动态,为今后开展医学生心理状况相关研究提供基础.方法:采用HistCite文献计量分析软件对Web of Science的医学生心理状况领域的发文数量、研究机构、高影响力文献等内容进行统计分析,从文献计量学的角度全面展示医学生心理状况领域的国际研究的发展脉络和动态.结果:共检索到2861 篇文献.医学生心理状况研究的发文量在2016 年后逐年递增.医学生心理状况研究可大致划分为3个发展阶段,缓慢发展期(1912-1990 年)、逐步上升期(1991-2016 年)和快速增长期(2017 年至今).从各国研究发文量来看,美英两国遥遥领先,我国位列第 3.发文量排在第 1 的机构是牛津大学和沙特国王大学.在医学生心理状况研究的文献中出现的高频关键词有stress、anxiety、depression等.结论:当前医学生心理状况研究的国际关注度不断提升;医学生心理状况研究集中在医学生的心理健康状况和心理问题研究.国内学者在医学生心理状况研究领域已产生一定影响力,但国际展示度不足.未来我国应该重视医学生的心理健康状况和心理问题的干预措施研究,并提高研究的国际影响力.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the research hot spots and developmental vein in the field of medical student psychology status research based on Web of Science,and to provide reference for related research.Methods:HistCite bibliometric analysis software was used to statistically analyze the number of articles,research institutions,high-impact literature and authors in the field of medical student psychology in Web of Science,in order to comprehensively show the development and dynamics of international research in the field of medical student psychology status from the perspective of bibliometrics.Result:A total of 2861 articles were retrieved.The number of published literature on psychological status research of medical students had increased year by year since 2016.The development of psychological status research of medical students could be roughly divided into three stages:slow devel-opment period(1912-1990),gradual rise period(1991-2016)and rapid growth period(2017 to present).In terms of the num-ber of research publications,the United States and the United Kingdom were far ahead,and China ranked third.The institutions with the highest number of publications were Oxford University and King Saud University.The high-frequency key words in the lit-erature of psychological status research of medical students included stress,anxiety,depression and so on.Conclusion:At pres-ent,the international attention on the study of medical students'psychological status is increasing.The study of medical students'psychological status focuses on the study of medical students'mental health and psychological problems.Domestic scholars have had a certain influence on the study of medical students'psychological status,but the international display is insufficient.In the future,China should focus on the study of psychological health status of medical students and intervention measures for psychological prob-lems,and improve the international influence of research.
