摘要
目的:探讨广州市某医学院校本科生抑郁症状的影响因素,为改善学生心理健康状况提供依据.方法:于2022 年11 月16-21 日使用一般情况调查表和自评抑郁量表对广州市某医学院校 2388 名本科生进行问卷调查,运用多重线性回归模型及中介效应分析其抑郁症状的影响因素.结果:性别、专业满意度、就业前景乐观度、家庭经济情况、是否患过重大疾病、父亲文化程度、体育锻炼强度和体育锻炼频率是医学院校本科生抑郁症状的影响因素(P<0.05).体育锻炼习惯在医学院校本科生家庭经济情况与抑郁症状间的中介作用显著(Boot 95%CI:-0.02,-0.01).结论:广州市某医学院校本科生心理健康状况有待改善;专业满意度、就业前景乐观度与其抑郁症状密切相关;家庭条件一般、父亲文化程度较低的本科生是抑郁症状的重点关注人群;良好体育锻炼习惯与身体健康状况正向影响本科生心理健康状况;体育锻炼习惯在家庭经济情况与抑郁症状间起部分中介作用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of depression symptoms among undergraduate student at a medical collede in Guangzhou,and to provide a basis for improving students'mental health.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conduc-ted from November 16,2022 to November 21,2022 on 2388 undergraduates in a medical college in Guangzhou using the general situation questionnaire and the Self-Rated Depression Inventory,and the multiple linear regression model and moderating effects were used to analyze the factors influencing the depression status of medical undergraduates.Results:Gender,professional satisfac-tion,optimism in job prospects,family economic situation,whether they had suffered from a major disease,father's education lev-el,intensity of physical activity and frequency of physical activity were the factors influencing the depression status of medical students(P<0.05).The mediating effect of physical exercise habits between medical students'family economic situation and de-pression status was significant(Boot 95%CI is-0.02,-0.01,respectively).Conclusion:The mental health of medical students needs to be improved,professional satisfaction and optimism of employment prospect are closely related to the depression status of medical students,medical students whose family conditions are average,and whose fathers are less educated are the key popula-tions of depression,good physical exercise habits and physical health positively affect the mental health of medical students,and physical exercise habits of medical students play a partially mediating role in the relationship between the family's economic situa-tion and the depression status.The physical activity habits of medical students play a partly mediating role between family economic situation and depression.
