Objective:To explore the medical service efficiency of township health centers in pilot county and non-pilot coun-ty of the close-knit county-level medical and health community in Guangxi,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions,so as to provide reference for the construction of grassroots medical institutions in the medical community.Methods:16 township health centers in a pilot county of a close-knit county-level medical community in Guangxi were selected as the research objects.The DEA-BCC and DEA-Malmquist models were used to analyze the medical and health service efficiency,and the Tobit regres-sion model was used to explore the influencing factors of the medical service efficiency of each health center.Results:From 2018 to 2021,the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of township health centers in pilot counties were higher than those in non-pilot counties.The total factor productivity of township health centers in 56%of pilot counties was greater than 1,which was higher than 43%of non-pilot counties.The construction of close-knit county-level medical and health community,the ratio of doctors to nurses,the average daily burden of diagnosis and treatment by doctors,and the bed utilization rate promoted the improvement of comprehensive efficiency,and the construction of central health centers was inversely proportional to the improvement of comprehensive efficiency.Conclusion:The construction of close-knit county-level medical and health community in Guangxi im-proves the operation efficiency of township health centers,but the resource input still needs to be strengthened.The construction of close-knit county-level medical and health community improves the technical progress level of township health centers,provides im-petus for the improvement of total factor productivity.The development of central health canters needs to be further planned.
