社会传染理论视角下我国突发公共卫生事件负性信息传播研究

摘要
基于社会传染理论视角,归纳突发公共卫生事件负性信息传播模式,剖析我国突发公共卫生事件负性信息传播现存问题,尤其是真实信息的有效供给制度不完善、社会公众危机传播风险意识不高、信息传播监管机制不健全等关键问题.进一步提出优化突发公共卫生事件多主体沟通交流与协同回应机制、强化应急知识与技能宣传教育、完善信息传播监管与奖惩机制等应对策略,以提升政府和医疗卫生机构的应对能力.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the negativity information dissemination of public health emergencies by summarizing the information dissemination mode of public health emergencies from the perspective of social contagion theory,and those key problem was the imperfect effective supply system of real information,the low awareness of the risk of crisis communi-cation among the public,and the imperfect supervision mechanism of information dissemination.In order to improve the response capacity of government and medical and health institution,there are several corresponding countermeasures,such as optimizing the multi-agent communication and coordination response mechanism,strengthening the publicity and education of emergency knowl-edge and skills,and improving the supervision and reward and punishment mechanism of information dissemination.
