生育意愿对湖北省某妇幼保健院女性不孕症患者就医延迟情况的影响

摘要
目的:分析生育意愿对于湖北省某妇幼保健院女性不孕症患者就医延迟情况的影响,为减少女性不孕症患者就医延迟情况提供参考.方法:采用问卷调查的方法对在湖北省某妇幼保健院生殖科进行不孕症就诊的 553 名女性患者进行调查,利用logistic回归等方法分析生育意愿对不孕症患者就医延迟情况的影响.结果:女性不孕症患者就医延迟情况受到年龄(P=0.010)和既往生育史(P=0.004)的影响.弱生育意愿(OR=0.46)和低不孕症认知水平(OR=0.66)的患者发生就医延迟的风险较高,生育意愿与不孕症认知水平的交互项对患者就医延迟情况产生影响(OR=0.73).结论:生育意愿对于女性不孕症患者就医延迟情况有显著的影响,不孕症认知水平在生育意愿和不孕症患者就医延迟情况之间存在调节效应.应进一步提高女性的生育意愿,同时注重生育知识的健康教育,进而促进女性不孕症患者的及时就医.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of fertility intention on the delay in seeking medical treatment among female in-fertility patients at a maternal and child health care hospital in Hubei province,so as to provide references for reducing the delay in seeking medical treatment for female infertility patients.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 553 female patients seeking infertility treatment at the reproductive medicine department of a maternal and child health care hospital in Hubei province.The logistic regression analysis method was used to explore the effect of fertility intention on the delay in seeking medical treatment among infertility patients.Results:The delay in seeking medical treatment rate among female infertility patients was influenced by age(P=0.010)and previous fertility history(P=0.004).The patients with weak fertility intention(OR=0.46)and low infertility awareness(OR=0.66)had a higher risk of experiencing a delay in seeking medical treatment.The interaction term between fertility intention and infertility awareness had a significant impact on the delay in seeking medical treatment(OR=0.73).Conclusion:Fertility intention significantly affects the delay in seeking medical treatment among female infertility patients,and infertility aware-ness moderates the relationship between fertility intention and the delay in seeking medical treatment for infertility.Efforts should be made to further enhance women's fertility intention and provide health education on reproductive knowledge to promote timely medi-cal treatment for female infertility patients.
