Analysis of the Temporal and Spatial Evolution of the Coupled Coordination of Medical Service Level,Resident Health Level and Regional Economic Level in China
Objective:To explore the temporal evolution and spatial structure characteristics of the coupled coordination de-gree of medical service level,resident health level,and regional economic level in China from 2012 to 2021,and to analyze the in-fluencing factors of the coupled coordination degree,so as to provide an optimization strategy for realizing the coordinated develop-ment among the three systems.Methods:Combined assignment method,coupled coordination model,spatial autocorrelation and gray correlation model were used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution and influencing factors of the coupled coordination de-gree of the level of medical services,the level of resident health,and the level of regional economy in China from 2012 to 2021.Results:From 2012 to 2021,the coupled coordination degree of medical service level,resident health level,and regional econom-ic level in most provinces of China showed a small fluctuation development trend,with an overall span between 0.210 and 0.488.At the end of 2021,there were 5 provinces belonging to a low degree of coordination and 26 provinces belonging to a high degree of co-ordination,the coupled coordination among the three systems developed into a significant spatial correlation with a significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,"high"agglomeration areas were mainly concentrated in the eastern region,"low"agglomeration are-as were mainly concentrated in the western region,maternal and child health level and medical service output and coupling coordi-nation degree of gray correlation rankings ranked the top two,respectively,0.920 and 0.876,which belonged to strong correlations.Conclusion:The degree of coupled coordination among medical service level,resident health level and regional economic level in China needs to be improved.The degree of coupled coordination among the three systems in each province has been changing in sta-ges in time,The coupled coordination among medical service level,resident health level and regional economic level has significant spatial correlation.The output of maternal and child health and medical and health care services are the main factors that promote the coordinated development of the three systems.
