摘要
目的:分析我国卫生技术人员集聚程度与城市化水平间的耦合协调关系,为促进卫生技术人员与城市化的协同发展提供参考.方法:基于2009-2021 年我国31 个省份的人口、卫生、经济等方面数据,用熵值法测量卫生技术人员集聚程度和城市化水平,并构建耦合协调度模型进一步分析卫生技术人员集聚程度和城市化水平之间的协调发展情况.结果:2009-2021 年,我国卫生技术人员集聚指数自0.3782 下降至0.3425,城市化指数由0.3358 提升至0.3544,系统耦合协调度均值自 0.5822 降至 0.5748.卫生技术人员集聚程度与城市化水平之间耦合度高,整体处于勉强协调阶段.结论:卫生技术人员集聚程度和城市化水平在区域分布上一致性较高,两个系统之间的耦合协调发展机制虽已建立但尚不完善,区域间差异明显.各省份应采取相应措施,统筹推进卫生技术人员配置优化和城市化发展.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the coupling and coordinated relationship between the agglomeration degree of health profes-sionals and the level of urbanization in China,providing references for the synergistic development of health professionals and ur-banization.Methods:Based on the data of population,health,and economy from 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2021,the entropy method was used to measure the agglomeration degree of health professionals and the level of urbanization.A coupling coor-dination degree model was further constructed to analyze the coordinated development situation between the agglomeration degree of health professionals and the level of urbanization.Results:From 2009 to 2021,the agglomeration index of health professionals in China decreased from 0.3782 to 0.3425,while the urbanization index increased from 0.3358 to 0.3544.The average value of the system's coupling coordination degree decreased from 0.5822 to 0.5748.The coupling action between the agglomeration degree of health professionals and the level of urbanization is high,and the overall situation is in a barely coordinated stage.Conclusion:The agglomeration degree of health professionals and the level of urbanization maintain a high consistency in regional distribution.Al-though the mechanism of coupled and coordinated development between the two systems has been established,it is not yet perfect,with significant regional differences.Provinces should take corresponding measures to promote the optimization of health professional allocation and urbanization development in a coordinated manner.
