摘要

目的:研究面向医学教育的生物信息学仿真分析情况,为医学课程虚拟仿真实践教学提供参考.方法:选择肿瘤样本数据库和基因表达数据库作为研究对象,从技术、业务、环境 3 个维度进行生物信息学仿真分析,按照功能组件化设计思路将实验仿真分析平台按照业务逻辑分层,将面向医学教育的生物信息学仿真分析标准化为数据下载、数据处理、差异分析、生存分析、生存模型 5 个组件,将基因组学数据标准化、分析过程流程化,服务医学学科交叉课程的应用.结果:完成覆盖 33 个肿瘤样本,11000 个病例,同时整合 6个临床科室22 个基因表达样本的生物信息学数据集搭建,并以模块化思路组件化 6 个差异分析和生存分析算法,完成从模型算法、数据分析到结果展示的面向医学教育的生物信息学仿真分析.结论:新医科背景下,医学教育将呈现数字化、信息化以及学科交叉融合趋势,通过将工科与医科的结合,完成面向医学教育的生物信息学仿真分析,该分析模式具备课程交叉化、数据开源化、分析模块化的特点,为医学交叉学科人才培养奠定坚实基础.

Abstract

Objective:To study bioinformatics virtual simulation for medical education through information technology,refer-ence for virtual simulation practical teaching in medical courses.Methods:TCGA databases and gene expression databases were se-lected as research objects,bioinformatics simulation analysis was constructed from three dimensions:technology,business,and en-vironment.According to the concept of functional componentization design,the experimental simulation platform is layered accord-ing to business logic.The bioinformatics simulation analysis is standardized into five components which include data download,data processing,difference analysis,survival analysis,and survival model.Genomic data is standardized and the analysis process is streamlined,The application of cross disciplinary courses in clinical medicine.Results:The cancer genome atlas and gene expres-sion omnibus,covering 33 tumor samples and 11000 cases.At the same time,a bioinformatics dataset was constructed by integra-ting 22 gene expression samples from 6 clinical departments.Six differential analysis and survival analysis algorithms were compo-nentized using a modular approach,and a bioinformatics simulation analysis for medical education was constructed from model algo-rithms,data analysis to result display.Conclusion:In the context of the new medical paradigm,medical education will witness trends of digitization,informatization,and interdisciplinary integration.By integrating engineering and medical sciences,a new model of biomedical informatics simulation analysis tailored to medical education will emerge.This model features interdisciplinary curricu-lum integration,open data access,and modular analysis,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents.
