摘要
目的:分析 2010-2021 年长江三角洲(以下简称"长三角")区域卫生资源供给水平及区域差异,探讨影响供给水平的因素,为优化卫生资源配置提供依据.方法:运用改进的CRITIC-熵权法、泰尔指数及空间计量模型分析供给水平的空间分布特征及影响因素.结果:长三角区域各地卫生资源供给水平值稳步增长(均值由2010 年的0.149 增至2021 年的0.430),且呈现空间正相关性;泰尔指数呈缩小态势(由 2010年的0.053 降至2021 年的0.017);经济发展水平和财政自主度对卫生资源供给水平产生直接的正向效应(系数分别为0.036 和0.063,P<0.05),人口密度产生负向直接效应(系数为-0.137,P<0.05).结论:长三角区域卫生资源供给水平逐年递增,且存在空间集聚特征,虽然区域间差异在缩小,但依然存在.政府应继续推进经济水平的高质量发展,加大对医疗卫生系统的财政投入,发挥正向空间溢出效应,实现区域均衡发展.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the supply level and regional differences of health resources in the Yangtze River Delta re-gion from 2010 to 2021,explore the factors that affect the supply level,so as to provide a basis for optimizing the allocation of health resources.Methods:The improved CRITIC entropy weight method,Thiel index,and spatial econometric model were used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of supply levels.Results:The supply level of health resources in various regions of the Yangtze River Delta had steadily increased(the average had increased from 0.149 in 2010 to 0.430 in 2021),and there was a spatial positive correlation.The Theil index showed a decreasing trend(from 0.053 in 2010 to 0.017 in 2021).The level of economic development and fiscal autonomy had a direct positive effect on the supply level of health resources(coefficients 0.036 and 0.063,P<0.05),while population density had a negative direct effect(coefficients-0.137,P<0.05).Conclusion:The supply level of health resources in the Yangtze River Delta is increasing year by year,and there is a spatial ag-glomeration feature.Although regional differences are narrowing,they still exist.The government should continue to promote high-quality economic development,increase financial investment in the healthcare system,leverage positive spatial spillover effects,and achieve regional balanced development.
