我国失能老人社会支持体系研究的文献计量分析

摘要
目的:分析我国失能老人社会支持体系研究的现状、热点和趋势,为我国失能老人社会支持体系的研究提供参考.方法:检索建库至2023 年12 月31 日中国知网数据库中以失能老人社会支持体系为主题的北大核心和CSSCI核心期刊文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R7 对文献进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入243 篇文献进行分析.失能老人社会支持体系研究的发文量总体呈上升趋势,2014-2023 年发文量均在 10 篇及以上.聚类图谱共获得11 个聚类模块,研究内容主要包括失能老人支持模式、社会支持效应、长期照护以及照护需求等.结论:失能老人社会支持体系研究的年发文量总体上呈现上升趋势,政策的驱动作用较强;失能老人正式照护和家庭照护的选择意愿、失能老人和照护者心理健康的影响因素等是该领域的研究前沿;以长期护理为出发点的多元社会支持体系协同发展研究受到广泛关注,未来应加强对失能老人家庭的整体性支持策略研究.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspots,and trends in research on social support system for disabled elderly in China,so as to provide references for future research of social support system.Methods:The core journals of Peking U-niversity and CSSCI with the theme of social support system for the disabled elderly were searched and analyzed visually by CiteSpace 6.2.R7 software,which were retrieved from the CNKI database until December 31,2023.Results:A total of 243 articles were included for analysis.The overall publication volume in this field showed an increasing trend,with more than 10 articles pub-lished annually between 2014 and 2023.The cluster map generated 11 clustering modules,covering research topics such as support models for disabled elderly,the impact of social support on disabled elderly,long-term care and care needs.Conclusion:The an-nual publication volume in research on social support system for disabled elderly is generally increasing,driven by policy factors.The willingness to choose formal care or family care for disabled elderly and factors influencing the mental health of disabled elderly and caregivers are the frontier areas of research in this field.The study of synergy development of a diverse social support system based on long-term care has received extensive attention.Future research should focus on strengthening comprehensive support strategies for disabled elderly families.
