Since 2020,Internet Medical Treatment industry has developed rapidly in China,accompanied by a large number of legal risks.The Internet Medical Treatment mainly includes Internet Diagnosis and Treatment,Telemedicine,and a concept closely related to internet medical activities named Internet Health Consultation.Compared with traditional offline medical treat-ment,the particularity of Internet Medical Treatment across time and space limits brings it new legal risks,which are mainly mani-fest as over-qualified operation,distortion of diagnosis and treatment information,practice as an impostor,improper management of patients'digital information,untimely treatment,etc.This study put forward suggestions on risk prevention and control such as im-proving the legal system,strengthening platform management,enhancing regulatory measures,improving data storage and timely feedback information to promote the healthy development of the Internet Medical Treatment industry.
