摘要
目的:对我国中医药老年健康服务的研究现状及发展趋势进行文献计量分析,为该领域后续研究与实践提供参考.方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库 2013年1 月1 日-10 月12 日收录的相关文献,运用Excel 2018 和CiteSpace文献可视化工具,从发表时间、作者和机构分布、关键词等方面对我国中医药老年健康服务研究进行系统梳理.结果:共纳入有效文献 1857 篇,发文量呈波动增长趋势.其中,3 位作者发文量≥10 篇,4 个机构发文量≥35 篇,学者之间合作多限于机构内部.发文量前3 的省份为浙江省(225 篇)、北京市(163 篇)、广东省(145 篇).此外,核心期刊收录文献共计300 篇.除去已用于检索的关键词,出现频次≥50 且中心性≥0.1 的关键词包括健康管理、健康教育、高血压、生活质量、中医体质、中医护理、影响因素、养老机构.突现强度≥5 的关键词有医养结合、行为.结论:我国中医药老年健康服务研究持续受到关注,而作者合作多限于机构内部,各机构发文质量存在明显差异.目前该领域的热点话题是健康教育、中医体质辨识、护理人才培养、医养结合等.
Abstract
Objective:To make a bibliometric analysis of the research status,research hotspot and development trend of tradi-tional Chinese medicine health services for old people in China,so as to provide references for the follow-up research and practice in this field.Methods:The references collected in CNKI,WANFANG,CQVIP and SINOMED from January 1,2013 to October 12,2023 were searched.Excel 2018 and CiteSpace reference visualization tool were used to systematically sort out the relevant re-searches in the field of TCM health services for old people in China from the aspects of publication time,distribution of authors and institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 1857 valid references were included in this study,and the number of published pa-pers showed a fluctuating growth trendA total of 1857 valid papers were included in this study,and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating growth trend.Among them,the number of references published by 3 authors was≥10,the number of papers published by 4 institutions was≥35,and the cooperation among scholars was mostly limited to internal institutions.The top three provinces with the number of published references are Zhejiang Province(225),Beijing(163)and Guangdong Province(145),and the number of published papers in 5 regions is less than 10.In addition,the core journals included a total of 300 articles.Exclu-ding the keywords that have been used for retrieval,the keywords with frequency≥50 and centrality≥0.1 include health manage-ment,health education,hypertension,quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine constitution,traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing,influencing factors,and elderly care institutions.Keywords with emergent intensity≥5 were combination of medical care and behavior.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine health service for old people has become the focus of scholars,but the author cooperation is mostly limited to the internal institutions,and there are obvious differences in the quality of documents issued by dif-ferent institutions.At present,the hot topics in this field are health education,TCM constitution identification,nursing personnel training,combination of medical and nursing,etc.
