Objective:Evaluating the effects of electronic mental(e-mental)health interventions on the psychological status of depression and psychological status of anxiety in medical staff, and providing references for enhancing the mental health of medical staff. Methods:Relevant literature from Pubmed,PsychINFO,Scopus,Web of Science,CNKI,and Wanfang databases from No-vember 2013 to November 2023 was searched. The included studies were subjected to quality evaluation, data extraction, and meta-analysis using Revman 5.3.Results:This study included 11 trials with a total of 2804 participants. The results indicated that e-mental health interventions significantly reduced depression symptoms among medical staff, with an SMD of-0.38,95%CI(-0.60,-0.15),P=0.001.Similarly,anxiety symptoms were significantly reduced, with an SMD of-0.76,95%CI(-1.24,-0.29),P=0.002.Sub-group analysis showed that the intervention effect was influenced by factors such as the assessment method, intervention type, number of interventions, and intervention duration, all of which may have contributed to the study results'heterogeneity.Conclusion:E-mental health interventions have preliminarily shown positive effects on improving the mental health of medical staff. However, due to limited and varied existing evidence, more high-quality research is needed in the future to further validate their effectiveness.
