Bibliometric Analysis on Tuberculosis Screening and Diagnostic Technologies Based on Web of Science

目的:基于文献计量学的方法,探讨结核病筛查与诊断技术的研究现状、研究热点和前沿领域,为结核病筛查与诊断技术的应用与发展提供方向.方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库有关结核病筛查与诊断技术的文献,检索时间截至2023 年12 月5 日.利用R 4.1.3 软件收集并归类文献的发文量、期刊、作者等信息.利用VOSviewer 1.6.19 与Pajek软件对关键词进行聚类、共现和演变趋势分析.结果:共纳入文献1748 篇,发文量的趋势按照发文时间分为孕育期(1999-2008 年)、发展期(2009-2017 年)和平稳期(2018年-至今)3 个阶段.印度是发表论文最多的国家(278 篇);Journal of Clinical Microbiology是发表文章最多的期刊(62 篇);Warren R M是最多产作者(11 篇);开普敦大学是发文量最多的机构(52 篇).作者间合作较少,尚未形成核心作者群.研究热点聚焦于肺结核(pulmonary tuberculosis)、结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tu-berculosis)、快速检测(rapid detection)、聚合酶链反应(polymerase-chain-reaction)、结核病(tuberculosis).结论:结核病筛查与诊断技术相关研究处于上升阶段,但核心作者群尚未形成,研究机构间的合作有待全面加强,研究前沿趋向于新技术融合和微观分子层面纵深发展.建议未来研究要深入挖掘结核病筛查与诊断技术研究热点和趋势背后的主要科学问题和技术挑战,以更好实现结核病的早期筛查与准确诊断.
Objective:Utilizing bibliometric analysis,to explore the current research landscape,hotspots,and frontiers of tu-berculosis screening and diagnostic technologies,providing direction for the application and development of these technologies.Methods:A search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection database for literature related to tuberculosis screening and diagnostic technologies,with the search deadline up to December 5,2023.The R software version 4.1.3 was used to collect and classify information on publication volume,journals,authors,etc.VOSviewer 1.6.19 and Pajek software were utilized for cluste-ring,co-occurrence,and trend analysis of keywords.Results:A total of 1748 papers were included,with the publication trend di-vided into three phases,incubation period(1999-2008),development period(2009-2017),and stable period(2018-present).India was the country with the highest number of publications(278 papers).Journal of Clinical Microbiology was the journal with the most articles(62 papers).Warren R M was the most prolific author(11 papers).the University of Cape Town was the institu-tion with the highest number of publications(52 papers).There was limited collaboration among authors,and a core group of au-thors has not yet been established.Research hotspots focused on pulmonary tuberculosis,mycobacterium tuberculosis,rapid detec-tion,polymerase chain reaction,and tuberculosis.Conclusion:Research related to tuberculosis screening and diagnostic technolo-gies is in a rising phase,but a core group of authors has yet to be formed,and collaboration among research institutions needs to be comprehensively strengthened.The research frontier tends towards the integration of new technologies and in-depth development at the micro-molecular level.Future research should delve deeper into the major scientific questions and technical cha.
