嵌入式协同管理模式在河南省某公立医院"一院多区"门诊管理中的应用

摘要
门诊管理质量同质化是公立医院推进"一院多区"建设过程中亟待解决的核心问题,也是关键性的基础问题,传统的封闭式门诊管理模式已经无法满足现代医院管理的要求.基于嵌入式协同管理模式,以河南省某大型公立医院一院四区门诊管理实践为例,对医院门诊的管理模式进行探索与实践.通过在一院四区实施制度嵌入、功能嵌入、资源嵌入、机制嵌入、认知嵌入的嵌入式协同管理,实现门诊各要素的整合,构建"一院多区"门诊管理与服务体系,有效提升门诊管理和服务质量,提高患者满意度.在公立医院高质量发展背景下,嵌入式协同管理模式的有效实施为"一院多区"门诊管理提供了一种切实可行的借鉴.
Abstract
The homogenization of outpatient management quality is a core issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the pro-motion of the"One Hospital with Multiple Campuses"construction in public hospitals.It is also a fundamental issue,as the tradi-tional closed-door outpatient management model no longer meets the requirements of modern hospital management.Based on the embedded collaborative management model,taking the example of a large public hospital in Henan Province with one hospital and four campuses,this paper explores and practices the management model of hospital outpatient services.By implementing institution-al embedding,functional embedding,resource embedding,mechanism embedding,and cognitive embedding in one hospital and four campuses,it integrates the various elements of outpatient services,constructing a management and service system for"One Hospital with Multiple Campuses"outpatient services.This has effectively improved the quality of outpatient management and serv-ices,leading to increased patient satisfaction.In the context of high-quality development in public hospitals,the successful imple-mentation of this model provides a practical reference for multi-campus outpatient management.
