我国儿童药物专利申请现状分析

摘要
目的:分析我国儿童药物专利现状,为未来我国儿童药物研发提出建议.方法:以2003-2022 年Innojoy专利数据库收录的儿童药物专利数据为研究对象,应用专利的IPC分类号结合统计分析方法对在我国专利库申请的儿童药物专利现状进行研究.结果:共检索1285 项专利,其中包括其他国家在我国申请专利50 项,国内专利有1255 项,从国内省份的分布来看,山东省儿童药物专利申请量最高有 203 项,其次是北京有128 项和广东有118 项.当前我国儿童药物专利主要集中于A61K36 领域类,即中药组合物的或者相关的外用敷贴领域的专利,相关专利总数有698 项;以C12N为代表的新型技术出现了明显的增加,C12N占比从0.62%增加到10.99%.结论:随着国家儿童药物鼓励政策的出台,我国儿童药物的专利出现了较为明显的增长,但主要申请人集中于医药制造企业,高校和研究所申请专利较少,我国儿童药物专利申请主要关注传统中药领域的儿童药物创新.随着新型技术的发展,一些新型技术出现在我国儿童药物研发中,但是新技术的应用仍然不足.未来我国儿童药物在创新中应该注重发挥产学研合作研发的优势,还可以考虑出台相关激励政策激励医药制造企业积极研发儿童药物.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current situation of the development of patents on children's drugs in China,and give suggestions for the future research and development of children's drugs in China.Methods:Taking the patent data of pediatric drugs included in Innojoy Patent Database from 2003 to 2022 as the research object,this paper applied the IPC classification num-ber of patents combined with the statistical analysis method to study the current status of pediatric drug patents filed in China's pa-tent database.Results:1285 patents were searched in this study,including 50 patents filed by other countries in China,and 1255 domestic patents.From the distribution of domestic provinces,Shandong Province had the pediatric drugs with 203 patents,fol-lowed by Beijing with 128 patents and Guangdong with 118 patents.Currently,China's patents on children's drugs were mainly con-centrated in the field of A61K36,and the total number of related patents was 698,there was a significant increase in the new tech-nology represented by C12N,and the proportion of C12N has increased from 0.62%to 10.99%.Conclusion:With the introduction of national children's drug incentive policy,China's children's drug patents have seen a more significant growth,but the main appli-cants are concentrated in pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,universities and research institutes pay less attention to the tra-ditional Chinese medicine field of pediatric drug innovation,with the development of new technologies,some new technologies ap-pear in China's children's drug research and development,but the application of new technologies is still insufficient.In the future,China's pediatric drug innovation should focus on playing the advantages of industry-university-research cooperation in research and development,but also consider the introduction of relevant incentives to motivate pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to actively research and development of children's drugs.
