Objective:To study the influencing factors of residents'willingness to use health management APP in Guangzhou,and to provide reference for the optimization of platforms related to health management APP.Methods:699 residents in Guangzhou were selected for questionnaire survey to analyze the influencing factors of Guangzhou residents'willingness to use health manage-ment APP with the help of UTAUT model.Results:Perceived risk(β=-0.742,P＜0.001)has a negative effect on the willingness to use health management APP,and satisfaction(β=0.449,P＜0.001),performance expectation(β=0.239,P＜0.001),effort ex-pectation(β=0.152,P=0.005),and social influence(β=0.380,P＜0.001)have a positive effect on the willingness to use.At the same time,the willingness to use(β=0.796,P＜0.001)and the facilitating conditions(β=0.343,P＜0.001)have a positive effect on residents'health management APP use behavior.Conclusion:Perceived risk,satisfaction,performance expectation,effort ex-pectation,and social influence are all factors influencing the willingness to use health management APP,and the willingness to use and facilitating conditions are the influencing factors of use behavior.Platforms related to health management APP should pay atten-tion to the protection of residents'privacy,ensure the practicability and ease of use of APP,optimize residents'experience of using APP,and strengthen the promotion and publicity of APP.
