摘要

目的:分析北京市中医药师承工作效果及其影响因素,为优化中医药专家学术经验继承人培养路径,促进中医药传承创新发展提供决策建议.方法:对2021 年北京市域范围内参与第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作与第六批北京市级中医药专家学术经验继承工作的继承人进行问卷调查,运用LightG-BM算法和XGBoost算法分析北京市中医药师承工作效果及其影响因素.结果:参与问卷调查的继承人共663 人,在进行中医药师承工作前后,继承人各种能力自评分差值均大于0,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.影响师承工作效果的主要因素是导师带教频次、出师考核标准、师承学习内容,其中继承人在带教频次上倾向于1 周1 次或2 次.两种模型在师承工作前后各种能力提升总体预测效果相近,除中医基本操作技能和医德医风提升预测外,其余能力精确率、召回率与F1 值均高于80%.结论:带教频次是影响中医药师承工作效果的关键因素,同时师承出师考核标准、学习内容与遴选标准对于中医药师承工作效果也存在一定影响.

Abstract

Objective:This paper analyzed the effect and influencing factors of TCM academic inheritance in Beijing,and provided decision-making suggestions for optimizing heir training paths and promoting TCM inheritance innovation and develop-ment.Methods:Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted on the successors who participated in the seventh batch of na-tional and the sixth middle school in Beijing in 2021.LightGBM algorithm and XGBoost algorithm were used to analyze the effect and influencing factors of the academic inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing.Results:A total of 663 successors participated in the questionnaire survey.Before and after the academic inheritance of TCM,the self-score differences of successors'various abilities were greater than 0,P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.The main factors affecting the suc-cession effect of successors were the teaching frequency of teachers,the assessment standards for teacher-apprentice transition,and the learning content of apprenticeship.The teaching frequency of successors tended to be once or twice a week.The two models had similar overall prediction effects on the improvement of successors'various abilities before and after the apprenticeship.Except for the prediction of the improvement of basic TCM operation skills and medical ethics,the accuracy,recall,and F1 values were all higher than 80%.Conclusion:The teaching frequency is the key factor affecting the succession effect of TCM doctors.At the same time,the assessment standards for teacher-apprentice transition,the learning content,and the selection standards also have a cer-tain impact on the succession effect of TCM doctors.
