Objective:To analyze the supply level and regional differences of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health re-sources in China from 2012 to 2021,and to explore the main factors affecting the supply level,so as to provide evidence for optimi-zing the allocation of TCM health resources. Methods:The improved critical-entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial econometric model were comprehensively used to analyze the spatial differences and influencing factors of the supply level of TCM health resources. Results:The supply level of TCM health resources showed an increasing trend year by year, and the differ-ence was obvious among different provinces. The overall Gini coefficient showed a decreasing trend, with an average annual decline of 6.057%.The regional gap was mainly caused by inter-regional differences, with an average contribution rate of 40.722%.The supply level showed similar agglomeration characteristics. The level of aging and economic development had a positive and direct effect on it,while the population density had a negative effect. Conclusion:The supply level of TCM health resources maintains the trend of growth, and also presents the characteristics of spatial agglomeration. The differences between regions are narrowing, and the allocation fairness still needs to be improved.Aging, economic development level and population density are the main factors af-fecting the allocation of TCM health resources, and it is suggested that different provinces should adopt accurate policies according to different local conditions.
