Objective:To analyze the hospitalization costs of children with acute leukemia in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Chengdu city under DRG payment,so as to provide references for fine control of hospitalization costs. Methods:We collect the hospitalization information of acute leukemia children in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Chengdu city from 2020 to 2021,and use new grey correlation analysis to explore the correlation between hospitalization expenses and internal factors. Results:A total of 674 children with acute leukemia were enrolled in the study. The average hospitalization cost of DRG group was 22010.29 yuan,of which the cost levels of RR11,RR13 and RR15 groups were 46359.13 yuan,14600.59 yuan and 5071.16 yuan respectively. In the structure of hospitalization expenses, drug expenses(43.57%),diagnosis expenses(19.16%)and comprehensive medical service expenses(17.21%)ranked the top three, and the correlation degrees with hospitalization expenses were 0.951,0.846 and 0.784 respectively. Conclusion:The hospitalization cost of acute leukemia children is relatively high, and there are differences among dif-ferent DRG groups.Drug cost is the most important internal influencing factor of hospitalization cost.It is suggested to optimize the hospitalization cost structure of DRG group, implement clinical path management, control unreasonable cost expenditure, and take various measures to safeguard children's health rights and interests.
