摘要
目的:分析青少年创伤后成长状况的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为促进我国青少年创伤后成长的研究提供参考.方法:检索Web of Science 核心数据库中 2004 年 1 月 1 日-2022 年 9 月 30 日的青少年创伤后成长状况相关文献.采用VOSviewer 1.6.17 软件绘制国家、作者及关键词图谱,分析青少年创伤后成长状况的研究现状、热点和发展趋势.结果:共纳入 193 篇文献,青少年创伤后成长状况发文量总体呈上升趋势,尤其2014 年以后发文量快速增长.基金方面,共105 篇文献受124 项基金项目支持,其中 46 篇为我国研究者发表的文献.共31 个国家的538 名学者参与青少年创伤后成长状况的研究.国际合作方面,美国处于领先水平,形成以其为中心的国际合作团体.而我国国际合作网络相对简单,国内学者间合作密切但与国外学者的合作较少.目前青少年创伤后成长状况研究的重点人群为自然灾害幸存青少年及青少年癌症患者.结论:青少年创伤后成长状况研究处于快速发展阶段,我国学者要加强与国外同行的交流合作,未来还应拓宽研究对象,深入探索促进青少年创伤后成长的干预措施.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current situation,hot spots,and development trends of adolescent posttraumatic growth,providing a reference for the research on posttraumatic growth of adolescents in China.Methods:The related literature in the field of adolescent posttraumatic growth from January 1,2004,to September 30,2022,in the core database of Web of Science was re-trieved.The VOSviewer 1.6.17 software was used to draw the cooperation network atlas of countries and authors,and the keyword heat map to analyze the research status,hot spots,and development trends in this field.Results:A total of 193 articles were includ-ed,and the number of publications showed an overall upward trend,especially after 2014.In terms of funding,a total of 105 arti-cles were supported by 124 fund projects,of which 46 were published by Chinese authors.A total of 538 scholars from 31 countries participated in the research in this field.In terms of international cooperation,the United States is at a leading level,forming an in-ternational cooperation group with the United States as the center,while the international cooperation network of China is relatively simple.There was close cooperation among domestic scholars but less cooperation with foreign scholars.Currently,the research hotspots in this field are natural disaster survivors and adolescent cancer patients.Conclusion:The research on adolescent posttrau-matic growth is in a rapid development stage.Chinese scholars should strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign counter-parts,broaden the research subjects,and explore intervention measures to promote posttraumatic growth of adolescents in the future.
