摘要
目的:通过文献计量分析探究我国医学生心理状况研究热点与趋势,为未来的医学生心理状况研究提供参考.方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库起至2023 年1 月25 日期间收录的我国医学生心理状况研究相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6 软件进行文献计量分析.结果:共纳入 8210 篇文献.医学生心理状况研究热点关键词中,"焦虑"出现频次 212(0.68%);"抑郁"出现频次为 189(0.62%).2015 年开始突现的关键词为"心理弹性""心理资本""医患沟通",2019 年开始突现的关键词为"课程思政""中介效应""叙事医学""本科生";其中,关键词"心理弹性"的突现强度高达22.97.结论:医学生心理状况研究关注度逐步提高;研究的主题与时代背景紧密相关,主要集中在医学生的心理压力、抑郁和焦虑等方面,研究视角包括医学生心理问题研究、影响因素研究、医学生心理问题产生的影响研究和改进医学生心理健康状况的干预策略研究.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the research hotspots and trends regarding the psychological status of medical students in China through bibliometric analysis,so as to provide a reference for future research on medical students'psychological status.Methods:Relevant literature on medical students'psychological status in China was retrieved from the CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases from their inception to January 25,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 8,210 documents were retrieved.The keyword"anxiety"appeared 212 times(0.68%),while the keyword"depression"ap-peared 189 times(0.62%).Emerging keywords since 2015 included psychological resilience,psychological capital,doctor-patient communication,while keywords such as curriculum ideology and politics,mediation effect,narrative medicine,and undergraduates emerged since 2019.Notably,the keyword"psychological resilience"had the highest burst intensity at 22.97.Conclusion:The study found that attention to the psychological status of medical students is steadily increasing.Research topics are closely linked to the social context and mainly focus on psychological stress,depression,and anxiety among medical students.The research perspec-tives include the study of psychological problems in medical students,influencing factors,the impact of these problems,and inter-vention strategies to improve mental health.
